Voyage Whiz is exclusively available to verified business entities including travel agencies, corporate travel managers, hospitality partners, and other qualified commercial entities.

To be eligible for platform access, you must:

  • Be a registered business entity with valid business license
  • Operate in the travel, hospitality, or corporate services industry
  • Provide valid business documentation and references
  • Agree to our partnership terms and conditions
  • Meet minimum volume or revenue requirements (where applicable)
2. Terms of Access Approval

Access to the Voyage Whiz platform is granted at our sole discretion following a comprehensive review process. We reserve the right to:

  • • Approve or deny access requests without providing detailed reasons
  • • Require additional documentation or verification steps
  • • Set specific terms, conditions, or limitations for individual partners
  • • Modify access levels based on performance and compliance
  • • Suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms

Approval Timeline

The review process typically takes 3-5 business days. Complex applications may require additional time for thorough evaluation.

3. Data Use and Privacy

We collect and process business data necessary for platform operation, including:

4. Booking Terms and Limitations

  • • Late payment fees may apply as per partner agreement

Booking Limitations

Partners may be subject to booking volume limits, geographic restrictions, or other limitations based on their agreement level and performance history.

5. API and Platform Use Rules

  • • API access is provided under separate technical agreement
  • • Rate limiting and usage quotas apply to all API endpoints
  • • Partners must implement proper error handling and retry logic
  • • API keys must be kept secure and not shared with third parties
  • • Unauthorized API usage may result in access suspension

Prohibited Activities

Strictly Prohibited:

  • • Sharing access credentials with unauthorized parties
  • • Attempting to reverse engineer or hack the platform
  • • Using the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities
  • • Violating rate limits or attempting to overload systems
  • • Reselling access without explicit written permission
